Processing timeOrders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery timeAfter your order ships, delivery takes 4-5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of being placed. TrackingEvery order includes a tracking number. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Large itemsCrates, playpens and whelping pens are shipped in large, heavy boxes. Please make sure someone can bring the package inside after delivery.
