Shipping
Free shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only, from our US warehouse.
Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery: after your order ships, delivery takes 4–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of being placed.
Tracking: every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it ships.
Large items: crates, playpens and whelping pens arrive in large, heavy boxes. Please make sure someone can bring the package inside.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping: if your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
How to start a return: email support@petfern.com or call +1 (289) 277-6361 with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
