Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only, from our US warehouse, and shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 4–5 business days after shipping, so most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
How do I pick the right crate size?
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail and add about 4 inches. Measure sitting height from the floor to the top of the head and add about 3 inches. Each crate page also has a size finder that picks the size for you.
Are your crates escape-proof?
No crate is 100% escape-proof, and we won't claim that. Our heavy-duty crate uses thick round steel bars and secure latches, a big step up from thin wire crates. Always supervise your dog when they first use a new crate.
Do the playpens have a floor?
No. Place a washable mat or pad underneath to protect your floor.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
